Sierra Siler is a 26 year old visual artist from Cleveland, Ohio. In May of 2020, she graduated cum laude earning her Bachelor of Arts degree from Tuskegee University in three years. She was the University’s first student to obtain a Visual Arts degree since their founding in 1881. Shortly after graduation, Siler taught K-8 visual art in Cleveland public schools from 2021 to 2024. Siler has been drawing since 2012, specializing in graphite and charcoal semi-realism. Siler also graduated from Cleveland School of the Arts high school as a dance major in 2017. Studying ballet, modern, and other dance styles for over a decade, Siler's works are often inspired by her interest in dance and the human form. She began teaching herself digital art in 2019, free-hand drawing on her phone from her dorm room and selling handmade prints and Valentine's Day cards on campus. Siler later founded her online print shop on June 19th, 2020, dedicated to inclusively representing Black beauty. The brand now partners with retailers like SHEIN and Stupell Industries using her digital illustrations to design home decor, stationery, and apparel. In 2025, Siler returned to education as a first grade teacher and continues to create art for apparel and accessories.
